APSOT obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certifications.
It is an important achievement for the main health services provider of the Organization. The certification was in the field "Provision of Health Care Services", and was granted by the DNV (Det Norske Veritas).


The Superior Personnel Association of Techint Organization, health care provider, adapted itself to the International Standard of Quality ISO 9001:2000, obtaining the certificate in December, 2003.

Being acknowledged by an international entity, APSOT assumed a commitment: TO PROVIDE HEALTH QUALITY SERVICES. The goal is to keep improving the process and services and the affiliates satisfaction.

Obtaining said certification implies an interaction and a commitment between the APSOT staff, the providers and the affiliates in order to keep up to date the quality systems obtained.

The certificate lasts three years, but it is an ongoing process since APSOT will be audit every six month to evaluate the improving measures that it's implementing.
