The holder is entitled to exercise the right of access thereof, for free, for periods no shorter than six month, unless a legitimate interest is stated, as provided in section 14, sub section 3, Law N° 25.326.

PERSONAL DAT NATIONAL ENTITIY, is the Regulatory Body Law N° 25.326, which has the power to receive complains and claims filed in relation to the breach of rules on personal data protection.
